• Spleen has zero detectable vitamin A per USDA reference. This matters: single-organ spleen supplements cannot deliver vitamin A in any meaningful amount. NM's liver component supplies it.
• Liver delivers ~93% of NM's vitamin A but is a moderate iron source on its own (~4.9 mg/100g). Spleen's ~44.6 mg/100g iron is what makes NM's iron contribution meaningful.
• Kidney delivers nearly half the selenium in the formula. Single-organ liver products contribute selenium at much lower density.
• Heart is the only meaningful natural source of CoQ10 in any commonly eaten food (~11 mg/100g raw). Blends without heart don't carry this.

A single-organ supplement gives you what that organ has — and explicitly does not give you what the other four organs would have provided. Iron — spleen-driven. Of the five components, spleen dominates the iron figure. Beef spleen contains approximately 44.6mg of heme iron per 100g — more than any other organ. The 1.8mg per serve from Nature's Multi is a real and bioavailable amount of heme iron, but at 20% spleen per formula, it is a moderate contribution. B12 — the headline nutrient by RDI. At ~3.5µg per serve, Nature's Multi exceeds the adult B12 daily target in a single serving. Liver provides the majority (~51%); kidney adds a substantial second contribution (~24%). All B12 in NM is in its natural, food-matrix form — not synthetic cyanocobalamin.

Vitamin A — moderate, not excessive. Liver drives ~93% of NM's vitamin A. At ~160µg RAE per serve, Nature's Multi provides approximately 23% of the adult women's RDI — well within a comfortable daily range for most adults (the NHMRC Tolerable Upper Intake Level for vitamin A is 3,000µg RAE/day; 160µg is ~5% of that ceiling). This is an important distinction from Beef Liver Capsules alone, where a full 6-cap serve provides approximately 745µg RAE (~106% RDI). Copper and selenium are meaningful contributions. Copper is heavily liver-driven (~95% from liver). Selenium comes primarily from kidney (~49%) with spleen as a meaningful secondary contributor (~21%).

Figures are calculated from raw organ reference data; freeze-drying preserves the nutrient profile. Reproductive organ tissue is not in this formula (it's in Ancestral Woman). Individual batch testing may show variation.

Pancreas is the inclusion that separates Nature's Multi from almost every other organ blend on the market.

The pancreas is the organ responsible for producing the body's primary digestive enzyme output — pancreatin, which encompasses protease (protein digestion), lipase (fat digestion), and amylase (carbohydrate digestion). In living tissue, these enzymes are produced by the pancreas and secreted into the small intestine to facilitate digestion. Pancreas tissue naturally contains these enzymes in concentrated form.

The practical differences:

Vitamin A and copper. Beef Liver Capsules are the most concentrated whole-food source of vitamin A and copper in the Vital Origin range. A 6-cap serve of Beef Liver provides approximately 745µg RAE of vitamin A (~106% of the adult women's RDI) and ~1.5mg of copper (~122% RDI). Nature's Multi, with only 20% liver content, delivers approximately 150µg RAE vitamin A and ~0.32mg copper per serve — meaningful, but substantially more moderate. If vitamin A or copper density specifically is your goal, Beef Liver Capsules are the more targeted product.

Broader spectrum. Nature's Multi adds what liver alone cannot provide: CoQ10 and taurine from heart, selenium and DAO from kidney, high-concentration heme iron from spleen, and digestive enzymes from pancreas. No single-organ liver product includes these.

The stack logic: Nature's Multi and Beef Liver Capsules are compatible — and some customers do stack them for more concentrated liver-specific nutrients on top of the broader NM base. The standard daily serving is 6 capsules, equivalent to approximately 15g of raw organ blend (3g of each organ raw). You can take them all at once or split across two sittings — most people find it easiest to take them with a meal.
