Currently, our product is not 100% organic. Because we have chosen to support local and regenerative farms that have good animal husbandry and land management practices, it means that these suppliers are not always organic certified due to the logistics and costs associated with certification. However, in saying that, all of our suppliers raise their cattle in the most stringent of standards with no chemicals, thanks to the nature of regenerative practices, and are all 100% pastured and grass-fed and finished.
