## Ordering, Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free on Australian delivery addresses for orders over $80. Standard and Express delivery options are both offered at checkout for Australian addresses. The countries Vital Origin ships to are shown at checkout.

New Zealand orders typically arrive 7–14 business days from dispatch. For all orders shipped outside Australia, customs duties, import taxes and handling charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the checkout price, and delivery estimates do not include time held in customs.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost. Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

For a major fault the customer chooses either a refund or a replacement, plus compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss, with no fixed time limit and no condition restriction — a part-used product can be returned if it has a major fault. For a minor fault Vital Origin will repair, replace or refund. These rights come from the Australian Consumer Law and, for New Zealand customers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and cannot be excluded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge; photo evidence is required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

## Subscriptions

Vital Origin offers Subscribe & Save, a recurring delivery option that discounts the order by 10%. Subscriptions are available on Australian and New Zealand delivery addresses.

Subscriptions are self-managed from the customer account at https://vitalorigin.com.au/account. Customers can skip an upcoming order, pause the subscription, change delivery frequency, update shipping address or payment details, and cancel at any time before the next billing date. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

Vital Origin runs a free points-based rewards program. Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent, plus a one-off 25 points for creating an account. Points redeem as fixed-amount discount codes: 100 points for $5 off, 200 points for $10 off, 400 points for $20 off, usable on any order with no minimum spend. There is no membership fee and points do not expire. Reward codes stack with Subscribe & Save, so points savings apply on top of the subscriber discount, but only one discount code applies per order.
