Shipping
Vital Origin strives to use logistics companies that align with our mission of supporting sustainability. That is why we currently use Sendle, who is 100% carbon neutral, along with recyclable and compostable shipping materials for all our shipping requirements.
Shipments are processed and sent weekdays not including holidays.
Standard handling times are 1-2 days and shipping times are typically 1-2 weeks Australia wide. Express shipping is available as an additional cost.
Please note shipping times may vary depending on the courier, once we have dropped off the product to the courier any delays are outside of our control.

Returns Policy
Faulty Or Damaged Product
Vital Origin takes every effort to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible, but damage does occur from time to time – especially in the transit of glass items.
If your products arrive faulty or damaged, Vital Origin will provide a replacement. You must notify us in email at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of goods along with a picture of the fault or damage for a replacement.
Unsatisfied With Product
We just know that you will love our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, Vital Origin will provide a full refund for the product, minus shipping costs. You must notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. Any food product must be at least 75% unused when returned to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by the same method that you made payment.
Refunds are made at the sole discretion of Vital Origin.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
